Your Information

This refers to information such as your name, contact details, travel preferences and special needs/disabilities/dietary requirements, payment details when you make a booking with us, identification documents such as passport number and expiry date, that you supply us or is supplied to us, including any information about your friends or family relating to the same (“your information”). Your information is collected when you request information from us, contact us (and vice versa) or make a booking with us. You are responsible for ensuring that your friends and family are aware of the content of our Privacy Policy and consent to your acting on their behalf in all your dealings with us.

How we collect your information

We collect your personal details a number of ways, when you engage with us by phone, email or on our website, for example when you ask for a quote and book a holiday.

We will update your information whenever we get the opportunity to keep it current, accurate and complete.

Our use of your information:

We may disclose your information to third party service providers, such as airlines, hotels, tour operators, transport companies, excursion providers, airport authorities, insurance companies, car hire companies, ground handling agencies, and cruise companies, airports, immigration / border control and/or other government authorities, advisors, other suppliers that we work with in connection with our business, third parties to whom we may choose to sell, transfer, or merge parts of our business or our assets (which could be located outside ROI/EEA) for the purpose of providing you with our services, including your flight or holiday. Only information necessary for this purpose will be disclosed to them.  We may also disclose your information to companies who act as “data processors” on our behalf. These purposes include administration, providing services (and contacting you where necessary), customer care, improving our service, business management and operation, re-organisation/structuring of our business (or our group companies), risk assessment, security and crime prevention/detection, research and analysis, marketing, monitoring, assessing customer purchasing preferences, dispute resolution, credit checking and debt collection. If we search against the files of credit reference agencies, they will record the search and hence the way in which you conduct your account with us may be shared with other lenders and credit agencies

We will only keep your personal data for as long as necessary to fulfil the purpose we collected it for, including for the purpose of satisfying any legal accounting or reporting requirements.


We will retain your personal data in our archived system for up to 7 years from the last use of such personal data to allow us to comply with legal obligations relating to bookings and for the additional purpose of defending any legal action brought against us in relation to your contract with us. We will only keep your personal data for as long as it is necessary or is required by law.

 Legal Basis for Processing


This following are our legal basis for processing your information, as we are required to ensure that we have a proper reason to use personal information: -


  • when you have consented to it (which you may have indicated in a number of ways, including ticking a box (or equivalent action), providing us with your information when you purchased a holiday or travel service with us); or

We would like to keep you up to date with our latest offers, partnerships, sales, promotions, competitions that we think might be of interest/relevance to you.


However, we will only do so if you have signed up to receive marketing communications from us and have not later told us that you don’t want to hear from us or if you have made a booking with us, entered a competition or registered for a promotion and you have not told us that you do not want to hear from us. You have the right to ask in writing for a copy of the information we hold about you (for which we may charge a fee), to correct any inaccuracies in your information, or to erase personal data in certain circumstances. You have the right to ask in writing not to receive direct marketing material about our products.
