With the growth of interest in Ireland's contribution to WW1 and WW2 we, as advisors on history and battlefield tours, have joined forces with a fully bonded tour company Lee Travel. Military Heritage Tours / Lee Travel will continue to be the most experienced Irish battlefield tour company dealing with the Irish contribution to The Great War, World War Two and other conflicts. Military Heritage Tours / Lee Travel are now now in a position to deal with this surge in interest and have extended the programme to deal with school tours, family groups and specialist tours.

We firmly believe in the concept of Reconciliation Through Education. It is only when people touch history that they can lose preconceived notions and learn what really happened and why.

CONCEPT
Our concept is straightforward.
A. We remember the forgotten Irish soldier and enable his family to remember him.
B. We provide the means for locating and researching the fallen soldier.
C. We will assist students of whatever level in their research prior to their tour.
D. We will bring you on the trail of the Irish soldier and show you where he fought, fell and is remembered.
E. We will provide a user friendly, professional service that you will enjoy.

SCHOOL / COLLEGE EDUCATIONAL TOURS
School tours for Transition Year, Leaving Cert etc. are available. These programmes will ensure that tours are both educational and enjoyable. University History Departments will also be catered for and particular programmes can be tailored to suit exact needs. FAMILY GROUPS
We will continue to cater for family groups. If you have a relative whose grave or memorial you wish to visit, we will organise this for you.

SPECIALIST SERVICES OFFERED
Prior to your tour, if requested, we will:
A. We will identify the grave or memorial where your relative is remembered.
B. We, on WW1 Tours, will research your fallen soldier and if possible obtain records etc

On Tour we will:
A. Bring you to the relevant grave or memorial and organise a wreath laying.
B. On WW1 Tours we will also organise a wreath laying at the Island of Ireland Peace Park at Messines and attend the Menin Gate Ceremony."
