Everything you need for a simple, romantic wedding onboard including a bridal bouquet, a photography session and a cake for four. Your wedding will be performed prior to the ship's departure. All weddings are approximately one hour in length. This includes the ceremony, cake cutting, strawberries and sparkling wine toast and the photo shoot.

  Island Locations: A tropical or wild-flower bridal bouquet with the designer's choice of flowers.**

  Harmony Onboard
  
  This slightly larger shipboard wedding package features a beautiful bouquet of flowers and breakfast in bed for the bride and groom. You can choose to have your onboard wedding at your boarding port on the day of sailing, or at one of our beautiful island ports. All onboard weddings are approximately one hour in length. This includes the ceremony, cake cutting, strawberries and sparkling wine toast, and the photo shoot.

  Royal Romance Destination Weddings
  
  Our Wedding Coordinators arrange every detail of our beautiful shoreside weddings. All you have to do is choose the port. You can choose to have your destination wedding at your port of embarkation on the day of sailing, or at one of our exotic ports.
  
   
• Round-trip taxi transportation for bridal couple from the ship to the ceremony site.
• Romantic wedding ceremony.
• Exotic wedding location (most ports of call offer a beach or garden setting).
• Royal Romance wedding officiant.
• Personal Wedding Coordinator at the ceremony.
• Romantic, recorded ceremony music.
• Bridal Bouquet Sailing-Day Ports: Classic bridal bouquet with nine soft-ivory roses interspersed with elegant white dendrobium orchids and accented with million stars baby's breath and greenery in a traditional round style.*
  Island Locations: A tropical or wild-flower bridal bouquet with the designer's choice of flowers.*

• Bottle of champagne served at the ceremony site (non-alcoholic champagne will be substituted at state parks).
• Professional shipboard photographer for the ceremony, cake cutting and champagne toast (one hour of service).

  General Guidelines:
  
   
• Transportation is provided to and from the ceremony location only, within a 10-mile radius of the location.
• Bridal couples may choose to host their wedding reception onboard. Please refer to the "Receptions" and "Wedding Guests" sections for additional information.
• Bridal couples may invite family and friends to join them at the ceremony; however, additional charges will apply for cake, champagne, and transportation and entrance fees.
• In case of inclement weather, wedding ceremonies will be held onboard.
• Please let Royal Romance know if any of your guests have special needs no later than forty-five (45) days prior to sailing. Not all locations are wheelchair accessible.
• Many garden and beach locations, while beautiful, are not private.
• Destination weddings are performed while the ship is at a port of call. Since the wedding will take up the majority of your day, Royal Romance suggests that tours NOT be arranged on the same day. This is a special day for the wedding couple and should not be compromised by unforeseen circumstances that may arise. We advise that if you or your guests have not visited the port chosen for the wedding, you may want to consider having the wedding take place on embarkation day or at another port of call.
• Weddings are performed on local time.
• When reserving your wedding date, please advise a Royal Romance Wedding Consultant of your expected guest attendance since capacity for shoreside weddings will vary.
• Alaska and Italy Weddings: Toasting strawberries and sparkling wine for weddings will be delivered to the couple's cabin onboard the ship.
• Please note: In some ports, cake cannot be served. Please contact a Royal Romance Wedding Consultant for more information.
• Wedding package inclusions vary for weddings performed in Italy and Greece. Please call for details.
• Please note: Due to noise and outside interference, music is not provided for shoreside weddings. Contact a Royal Romance Wedding Consultant for alternate musical enhancements.
• Please note: Alaska, Bermuda, Key West and St. Thomas shoreside packages include a landside photographer. Photo slideshow will be sent via e-mail approximately four (4) weeks after event.
