Lake Garda Tour

This seven night tour offers you the chance to sample the delights of beautiful Lake Garda, the unforgettable city of Venice and the awe-inspiring scenery of the Dolomite Mountains. Starting on a Saturday this tour can be taken on its own or as part of a 2-centre holiday. You will be based in the delightful village of Nago, 2kms from the resort of Torbole which is accessible by the hotel's minibus.
Please note: The excursions are daily local excursions and it is likely that customers from other companies will also participate in them.

Tour Itinerary
Day 1 Travel to Lake Garda (Saturday)
Fly from your chosen Irish airport to Verona and transfer to the Hotel Continental in Nago.
Day 2 Free day (Sunday)
Free time to explore the village of Nago or relax by the pool at the hotel.
Day 3 Venice (Monday)
Guided excursion to the unique and fascinating city of Venice. Optional gondola ride bookable with your guide (local charge).
Day 4 Lake tour (Tuesday)
A complete tour of Lake Garda visiting some of the most picturesque resorts.
Day 5 Free day (Wednesday)
Free time to further explore the area or relax by the pool at the hotel.
Day 6 Dolomites tour (Thursday)
An absolutely breathtaking day driving through the stunning scenery of this fabulous mountain range with their quaint villages and ancient glaciers.
Day 7 Wine tour (Friday)
An educating and enjoyable afternoon seeing the local vineyards with an opportunity to taste and buy the local products.
Day 8 Departure (Saturday)
Transfer to Verona airport for your flight home or to your chosen second centre.

Hotel Information

The Continental offers many leisure facilities including an indoor pool with whirlpool section and, 2 minutes' walk from the hotel, an outdoor pool set in extensive gardens. Several special meals are arranged during the week: a carvery dinner, a buffet dinner and twice weekly dinner with live music. There is a free minibus service to Torbole at set times, once in the morning and once in the afternoon (not available on a Sunday).
